Momitate is a moment to catch your breath and feel grounded. It is emotional companionship and wellness encouragement only.

Momitate does not provide psychotherapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, counseling, clinical diagnosis, or emergency mental health services. Using Momitate does not create a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, or confidential healthcare relationship.

Momitate provides a Quick Exit button on sensitive pages to quickly replace your screen with a neutral website. It cannot erase your device's earlier browser history.

Eligibility & parental supervision.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase, or generate content on Momitate.

Interactive tools designed for young children (such as the balloon breathing tool in our Mom On tools) are intended strictly for parent- or guardian-facilitated use. Momitate does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13.

AI-generated content & voice synthesis.

Momitate uses automated artificial intelligence models and synthetic voice technology to compose and voice custom moments of reassurance ("momitates").

• Synthetic nature: All written words, empathetic titles, and audio voices generated by the Service are synthetic. AI systems are probabilistic and can occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected statements.
• Not authoritative advice: AI-generated content should never be relied upon as factual, medical, pediatric, legal, or authoritative parenting advice.
• Emotional grounding only: The Service is created solely to help parents pause, reset, and regulate their emotional state.

Acceptable use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code, prompts, or proprietary logic of the AI system;
• Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• Distributing or reselling generated audio or text content commercially without our express written permission;
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.

Content standards. You agree not to submit content (whether typed or spoken via microphone) that is inappropriate, explicit, hateful, violent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unrelated to parenting or personal wellness. Momitate is designed for parenting stress and emotional grounding only. By using the Service, you take full responsibility for the content you submit.

Send a Momitate (gifting). This acceptable use policy applies whether you are creating a momitate for yourself or sending one to another person. When using the "Send a Momitate" feature, you agree not to submit content that is harmful, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate — about yourself, about the recipient, or about anyone else.

Enforcement. Momitate utilizes automated screening systems and reserves the right to decline to generate, record, display, or deliver any content that violates this policy, and to terminate access for repeated or severe violations.

Service limits & fair use.

Momitate provides generous access to its tools while ensuring sustainable service for all families.

• Usage limits: Momitate may limit the number of momitates, microphone dictations, or gift sends you can create within a given time period (such as daily generation caps), and may temporarily pause features or adjust limits to manage service capacity and operational costs.
• Gift links: Gift momitates created for friends are temporary and expire automatically 7 days after creation, after which the link, note, and custom audio are permanently removed.

Accounts & intellectual property.

Accounts: Creating an account is optional. If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Our property: The Momitate name, logo, hand-lettered branding, visual design, audio compositions, breathing pacers, software code, and interface are the exclusive property of Momitate.

Your submissions: You retain ownership of personal scenarios you type or speak. By submitting them, you grant Momitate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process and deliver your requested momitate and fulfill the Service. We do not use your personal vents or family details to train public AI models.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MOMITATE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MOMITATE, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR WELL-BEING ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Changes to these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Momitate after any update constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
